Bio
I was born and raised in Santa Maria from a family of 5 siblings as the oldest. I Graduated from Santa Maria High in the Class of “87”. That summer of “87” I joined the Marine Corps at the young age of 17 and of all things that I could of chosen I chose Infantry and from August 15th to April 2nd I was deployed and served during the Golf War in Desert Storm.
Upon discharge I returned to the Santa Maria Valley and attended business courses at Allan Hancock College and began my career in the field of business which led to my journey of learning new and challenging concepts, that I continue to learn. I am currently the father of two beautiful children, as well as helping people with their goals in obtaining their first home, or investment property.
Working With Me
I have been helping clients with their financial needs on the central coast for over 10 years. My background not only consists of Real Estate but it comes with a financial planning back ground and since then I have seen many changes in the financial world take place. Being a native from Santa Maria and having a family I am familiar with the needs and challenges facing most families in today’s times of uncertainty. My emphasis is to help families seeking financing with their Real Estate needs but also explaining their options as well. You can feel confident that I will treat you with respect and dignity and I am only down the street, a local phone call away not an “800” number if you need help, and have any questions . That is probably the biggest difference between myself and an “800” number is that I will still be here I have been here all my life and I want to be able to shake your hand with confidence when I see you out in the town or at Walmart. Being a broker gives me the flexibility of being able to find my clients a loan to get their home that some banks cannot as well as being able to avoid most of the hurdles that some face in getting approved for a home. But if I cannot approve you it does not end there I will offer you advice and a plan on what can be done to get you approved. I am not a Big Bank and your not just another number.
